1. Food Allergies & Ingredients
All of our products are made in a kitchen that may process common allergens, including wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We take care to avoid cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
2. Product Images & Custom Orders
Product images shown on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors, designs, and decorations may vary slightly depending on availability, customization, or seasonal ingredients.
3. Order Policies
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or changes may not be accepted depending on the production stage. All payments must be completed before an order is processed.
4. Pickup, Delivery & Shipping Options

Pickup:
We can arrange a designated meeting location for convenient pickup — such as Walmart, Kroger, Publix, or another mutually agreed-upon spot. -
Delivery:
We offer local delivery — the first 10 miles are free, and each additional mile is $1. -
Shipping:
Due to current restrictions, we can only ship desserts that do not contain icing.
5. Shipping & Delivery Liability
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, DJ’s Breakery is not responsible for delays, damages, or conditions caused by shipping carriers, weather, or improper handling once the package has left our facility.
6. Liability
By purchasing from DJ’s Breakery, customers acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the consumption, storage, and handling of our products. DJ’s Breakery is not liable for any adverse reactions, damages, or losses resulting from improper handling or undisclosed allergies.
7. Intellectual Property
