Terms & Conditions

1. General

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
These terms are designed to ensure a smooth experience for both you (the customer) and our bakery.

2. Orders & Payments

• Order Minimum: $15 per order.

• Advance Notice: We prefer at least 2 weeks’ notice for all orders. In some cases, we may accept orders with 1 week’s notice depending on availability.

• Consultation & Confirmation: We will confirm all order details during your consultation and send a final invoice for review. Please check all details carefully before submitting payment.

• Pricing: Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on design, size, flavor, and customization.

• Payment: Full payment is required before any baking or preparation begins and must be received no later than 1 week before pickup, delivery, or shipping.

• Changes After Payment: Any changes after final payment may result in additional charges.

3. Pickup

Pickup will be arranged at a mutually agreed location (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Publix, etc.).
Please arrive at the confirmed time — as our products are perishable, we cannot guarantee quality for late pickups.

4. Delivery

Local delivery is available:

• The first 10 miles are free.

• Each additional mile is $1.

• Delivery times will be confirmed in advance.
  Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.

5. Shipping

We currently only ship desserts that do not contain icing.

• Shipments are made Monday–Wednesday to ensure freshness.

• Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 days.

• Tracking information will be provided.

• DJ’s Breakery is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather, or handling issues once packages have shipped.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are refundable up to 7 days before pickup, delivery, or shipping.

• A non-refundable $15 fee applies to all cancellations.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are subject to a 50% non-refundable charge (or $15, whichever is greater).

• No refunds are available after pickup, delivery, or shipping has occurred.

7. Liability

Once an order has been picked up, delivered, or shipped, DJ’s Breakery is not responsible for damages, spoilage, or delays due to handling or temperature exposure. Please follow all storage and care instructions provided.

8. Agreement

By placing an order and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions listed above.

9. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once the order leaves our possession.

10. Rewards Program

• Every 100 points = $1 off your next order.
